Liptauer Cheese
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
3 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp anchovy paste or finely chopped anchovies
1 Tbsp finely chopped capers
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
1/2 tsp paprika
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until thoroughly combined.
Serve with rye or pumpernickel bread, crackers and/or fresh vegetables.
Serves 6 to 8.
